Title: K- Mag question.
Post by: THE LYNX on February 24, 2010, 02:54:00 AM
I can't find the thread that explained the difference between a straight lam K-mag and the curved lam ones. Curved lams were '64 and '65? Straight ones....? Help, please.

Are you referring to the stripe?

I think I just found the old post. As far as contrasting wood models go, the straight lams were on the '70 and '71 models. Is this correct?

The 66 and 67 were curved lams as well. The straight stripes came 1970 and later.

Yes, 70, 71 and maybe 72...Bear dating is always a bit fuzzy, then came the "greenies" and the stripe was blue.
