Owen Jefferies was responsible for many Bear innovations.  One being the Bear-Jefferies Omni Bow sight.  If I am not mistaken he was also responsible for the rubber bushing Omni-Compler that was an acessory for the Bear Stabelizer.

Cody there are quite a few former Bear Archery emp's.still kicking.I used to try and contact some and just chit chat with them.
Bill Stewart was also a long time emp.at Bear but Bill has since left the building.
Bob Remick was also a former emp.who helped make the move from Grayling to Gainsville and told me some great stories about the move.
My favorites of all to visit with are the former and or still present Bear Archery dealers.Bill Brown Glenn StCharles and Marv Clinky were all former dealers with some great stories to tell too.Brown and StCharles shops were both within walking distance of me when I was a young buck and I spent lots of time hanging around there....bowdoc
