A couple of Hog shoulder cuts from a deep southern hog I got a last year......if they turn out worth a flip...I'll post the simple rub I did.  These are going to be a pre teazer for the New York Strip Bison steaks I've got soaking for later.

They were good....but I aint had time to post what I did....but I probably wouldn't remember now anyway    :D
