Hard to really tell from this shot.  You are holding well and swinging on target well, but your release shows too much arm and no back tension.  See your hand flipping out at release?

I did notice that Arne, i am not sure exactly how to engage the back I don't guess.  any tips?

Easier to show in person but try this.  Keep your string arm as relaxed as you can and then think "open the bow" with your back.  You lever the bones into alignment with your back (string shoulder mostly) but you need to keep that string arm relaxed.

ORRRR  a quick trip to MN where it's 40/50 degrees and comfortable?     :D
