When I draw my recurve sometimes the arrow will lift slightly off the shelf. Does the just mean my nock point is a bit too high or is it with my hold or form. I do 1 up and 2 under with a glove. I hook my fingers pretty good. It isn't as precise as closer to the tips but easier to replicate when very cold and stiff in a tree.
I would appreciate any help. Thanks
Be sure you are not pinching down on the arrow nock. This is probably the most common reason for the arrow to lift or move off to the side. The glove often doesn't give you the "feel" of how much pressure you may be applying to the nock during the draw. I would say it has nothing to do with how high your nocking point is.

Could always try a tab with a spacer to see if that alleviates the problem.
