How deep a hook are you getting with your fingers?
I was only using my fingertips if not it felt like i was torquing the string... I tried two under this weekend and am much more consistent but now that you say it i have to hook my fingers more to do it
Overall your form looks pretty good. I would point out that your string hand is moving away from you face on release, not straight back along your jaw bone. This is a common cause of inconsistency. Think of a loose rear sight on a rifle that is never in the same place shot to shot.
Finger problems are particularly difficult to diagnose in a video like this. Although it is counter intuitive, getting that sting into the first joints in your fingers and getting your index and middle finger tips pointing back at your throat will give you a cleaner release and LESS finger pain than shooting off the tip pads of the fingers.
If you are concerned about string torque, remember to have as totally relaxed a drawing wrist and string arm as is possible. That allows the string fingers to line up naturally with the orientation of the bow and prevents torque.
My experience with shooting gloves like you are using is that the finger tip stalls are very stiff and make if difficult to get the string off the finger pads and to get a comfortable hook on the string. Also look to the tightness of the finger stalls. String pressure on them will increase the tightness and cause discomfort.

The reason that your hand is coming down and away is because too much muscle in the (draw side) arms and shoulders are being used. Once you can encorporate the muscles of the back and scapula rotation, the hand will move along the jawline as moebow has mentioned (and may wrap around the back of the neck).
This would be the first thing that I would suggest working on.

I agree with above comments.I would still have to ask how your groups are.
They are ok... I'm deadly for a bit then flyers high and high right...and the arrows always lean fletching left. Shooting easton 340 carbon full length with 125gr tips... its what the bow shop said to do...man I'd kill to have someone in my backyard with me LOL..I can have the wife video the shooting then the grouping if it would help.
I would bet that would help as coaches on here can tell alot by groups and watching you shoot.

Did you ever try shooting at a blank bale ? That's what brought it together for me.
