Has anyone tried specific workout program to improve thier shooting? I'm trying one now that is supposed to improve your balance and stabillity. Only been doing them for 1 weak and notice a difference.
I've been doing this regiment for a few months now...course I fall off the wagon then have to rebuild muscles a bit but this does good for building up the back.
