I recently aquired a bear panda 58" 45# bow. I have a few questions, is this bow a longbow or semi/recurve ? And does anyone know the recomended brace height for this bow. I bought it with no string and and the person i bought it from had a traditional string maker make me a 55" string, once strung the brace height is 6". I have emailed the Fred Bear company for this info but have not heard anything yet. I was also wondering the years these bows were made, as i found out the 1953 printed on it is worthless info. the serial number is 10212 if this helps anyone. Thank you for looking i am new to traditional gear.
