yes sir,, a 300 round or a 450?
300 round three spot colored or the 1 spot 40cm colored 10,9,8 scoring 30 arrows for the 300, at 20 yards we shoot them 3 arrow ends, 10 of them
450 45 arrows, same face 3 spot colored, or the 1 spot 40 cm , 3 arrow ends 15 of them..
my personal best competition, 300 round 279 my best ever 279 same shoot..
my personal best at competition 450 round, 379, 9x
Practice 409 8x

Rick Stark From VA shot in the 290s to win Vegas Last year, with total of 299/300 on one game in that shoot BareBow.

Really like the 450 round.  My wife and I are on a league.  For some who complain about the tedious nature of the 5 arrow ends and 60 arrows of the NFAA round the FITA round might be a welcome change with it's short 3 arrow ends and only 30 to 45 arrows.

MY PB is 402 and I am averaging 393 on my league.

BigCnyn is Rick a recurve shooter?  For some reason I thought he shot compound.

Was that barebow recurve, or barebow compound?
