Title: split to three under noise.
Post by: RC on October 09, 2008, 10:21:00 PM
I converted to three under a while back. I have played with this for a year or so but would always go back to split. Not again, three under is more accurate for me and more forgiving as well. Only problem is the bow is a bit louder. I played with brace height as well as nock location. I`m shooting 12 grains of arrow weight per lb of bow weight. Everything is good except the extra noise. Any suggestions would be appreciated.RC

Try playing with your silencer locations. You may find, that they need to be placed at unequal distances to get the best use of em.

I use two sets of Wollie Whispers.  I install 'em at the 9 and 13 inch respectfully, but like Traxx stated, you may have to "play" with the location.

I use string leeches close to the limbs and cat whiskers at uneven distances from the knock.  I also found that using different strings helped to quiet things down.

Try two sets above and only one below, space the two abve about two inches apart. Sounds funny but when i shot 3 under it worked for me, or seemed too! Shawn
