Okay. My wife's out of town and while re-arranging the junk in my junk room, I have the bright idea of filming my form. Don't be too hard on me, I'm completely self taught you know ... :)
Dang...your a brave man. I always wondered what it would sound like to shoot it the house. :scared: Tom won't let me.
I'm gonna let the others tell ya if you need any help.
Inquiring minds want to know...what are you shooting at???? Post a pic for us.
Ah, the junk room's like Vegas. What happens in the junk room, stays in the junk room (touch-up paint and spackle will fix almost anything).
I'm just shooting at a insert for my 3D Javelina that I set on an old couch.
Don't know about the shooting, but.... YOU ROCK!! My wife saw this while we were eating breakfast and now I can really do some crazy stuff and get away with it. She's a great, loving and understanding woman, but shooting in the house has been a no no, plus it would make the dogs nervous :scared: I think you just opened up a whole lotta opps for me :bigsmyl:
Not too much wrong here from what I can see.....alignment looks good...got that elbow back release looks good.
Got a little bow arm drop...and your drawing arm elbow drops about the same.
How do you feel about your shot?....what do you think needs work?
What do you mean you can't shoot in your house? I can shoot through my family room, through the rec room into our storage room where my target always hangs. about 12 yards - planned it that way when we build the house.
Thanks Terry. I think that dropping my bow arm after the shot is costing me some consistency and it's a bad habit I need to break. I suppose it's just wanting to watch the shot rather than following through ...
I was shooting in the house one time and had a flyer stick into my wife's new washer  She was not a happy camper!!
