I finally got the email from Kegan that I've been waiting for since the end of October. My new Omega Orininal has been shipped out. Whoo-hoooooo! My first longbow and can't wait. It's 40# @ 28 and I have some Beman ICS 500's fletched up, a couple bare shafts and a selection of field points. Gonna have some fun this spring! :jumper:

Man, I am old, for those that don't know. Kegan I would see on a forum growing up, started maybe 10 plus years ago and got really into bows. Think he lives out east, Pennsylvania maybe, anyway, he stared making bows and selling them to forum guys and now here is a thread about them.
I assume he is maybe 30 by now. Seemed to me he stared posting before he was 18. What a joy to see this thread.
LBR probably remembers him as well as we both were active back then. That forum turned into kind of a metal riser ILF thing so I bailed,not that there is anything wrong with that, just not my thing.
He is well respected amoung the youth. I have never seem him on here, maybe I just never noticed
I doubt anyone know who Kegan is so I thought I would elaborate.
He started the build mid January and I had contacted him about arrow spine recommendations and had some questions about broadhead weights. I really wanted to ask about getting some build pics as the bow progressed, but he was so generous with his time that I didn't wanna be a pain. I'm gonna have to figure out how to post some pics or I know I'll hear about it on here.
Kegan makes a great bow. Your gonna really enjoy it. Congrats !!
