I had a chance to talk to David today and order my first PacSeat. He is a true gentleman and was a real pleasure to talk with. Another example of the great sponsors we have here on Tradgang. After all of the positive feedback I read, I figured It was time to try a PacSeat. Should work really well in a couple of my hunting spots.
Great seat. You wont be disappointed.
You will be happy

The waldrop seat is one of the best most versatile on the market for hunting.
It looks like a great seat, but its height has me worried a little. One reason, since I don't cant my bow much, I'm worried about the bottom tip of the bow. Also, since the seat looks low to the ground and angled back, my knees and back could be under a great deal of stress on long hunts. Again, the seat does look well made,I just don't know if it would work for me.
Bill - You're in the cool kid's club now!
I love mine and was using it when I shot my buck last fall. I'm seriously thinking of getting rid of my treestand.
I have tried them all before I decided to get one of the seats David built. I normally would not spend that kind of money on a seat. This seat was well thought out and made to last a lifetime. I may buy another one in case He decides it's to much trouble to continue to make them. If you are considering doing any hunting from the ground you won't go wrong getting one of these. This was long overdue for us getting long in the tooth.
Thumbs up "Marsh Chicken". I did just that. As Fred Asbell said in one of his books, if you find something you really like, you better buy a second, cause when you need it, you will not be able to find another. So I did just that this past October. David is a great guy, with an outstanding product. Get it while you can.
I'm going to get myself one of these someday.
I just got one for Christmas and looking forward to using it. David has designed and built these to last like a tank - but a very lightweight 4lb. It even came with tennis balls with holes drilled and slits made ready to slip onto the front legs - a nice touch of detail. My knees will be thanking me this fall.
A true gentleman who happens to build a great seat.
Been thinking about getting one myself.
David is a great southern gentileman. I've gotten to know him as we hunt the same lease in southern Georgia...tippit
