The Bear Quest hunts have been in Quebec, Tom Phillips has all the info. You can just PM him.
"Bear quest" is in Canada.
You also have "Stick Finger" also Canada.
And I think "Bear camp" with Jerry Russell and you guessed it it's in Canada
