Title: warm, quiet, tall mens pants?

Anybody know where I can purchase men's tall warm pants(about 35-36 inseams? I'm 6'4".  Must be quiet & warm. Thanks

Mine came with a 36" inseam, I shortened them a bit.

Army surplus wool. Won't break the bank and usually can be found in the weight that matches the weather where you live. May have to check hem to see if there is enough there to let them out. Can often find them with extra in the hem.
