Since several photos on here no longer show up due to the phototbucket issues, I was wondering if everyone could post pictures of their Java Man? I am trying to show a friend Gregg's work on here who is on the build list. Thanks in advance, and I hope you all are having a great season!
Also, I just received my new Falcon from him and Ill be sharing soon!
Here are a few of mine....he does do great work and such a good human to work with. All Elkhearts.

Love the no glass Duoflex.Very elegant and rarer bow.I think that one has a Wenge core.Mine did with bamboo back and osage belly. The pinstripe looks sexy in profile.
They shoot excellent as well. Its one I would like to have on my rack still.
Here is my Javaman not getting much use with my broken knee but she shoot like a dream and looks like one to

Gregg is certainly a craftsman, no doubt about it!
Gary,Is that a take down?
Larry, you sure that's all of them? :)
My lead time is down to 4-5 months and will be adding a stock bow page to my website in the next 2-3 weeks.
I appreciate all the nice comments.
Gregg
Gary,
I'd be happy to keep her warm for you while you're on the mend....
Great looking bows. I general shoot recurves with high grips. I have a few longbows but struggle with a true long bow grip. Can the Elkheart or Assyrian be made/tiller with a higher grip.
Nice try Mark I won't let this bow leave the house
I broke my knee not my arms I still shoot the bow in the house when the wife isn't home hahahah
And yes it's a take down
Worth a shot I guess... A very striking bow for sure, I'd watch it closely too!!

Yes
Gregg's bows are all Beautiful works of art . He has to be one of the nicest guy's out there !
So here is my new Falcon from Gregg. It's 50#@32", 60", 2pc, black Palm riser, karelian birch burl veneers, moose antler overlays and tips. The finest bow I have ever shot, smooth draw and release, aesthetically perfect, and well balanced. Gregg is not only an amazing bowyer, but makes you feel like a friend. I highly recommend Java Man!

Here's some photo's of my 60" Falcon with a not so impressive background. I can't say enough good things about it. It is so much fun to shoot and looks beautiful to boot.
Highly recommended.
I'm hoping I'll get my first deer ever this weekend with it. Fingers crossed.

Not to hijack but, do you think a 52" Elkhart is too short for a 27.5" draw?
Ive been staring at the Helms Deep for several years!
I haven't quite gotten Gregg to accept a kidney in trade, but I'll have one of his bows someday!!

Gregg is great to work with, listens to what you want in a bow and then puts everything into delivering for you. Lots of communication throughout the process also.
That is a Helms Deep, I also have a 58" Elkheart that is a real joy but I don't have any pictures of it.
That's a BEAUTY Crash!!!
I just got this Elkheart in the mail today and man, is it a shooter. Cocobolo riser and overlays with Boo cores, Yew veneers and horn tips. Never shot a bow this good right out of the box. 58" and 41# @ 28".

Chuck, that's a beautiful bow

That thing is gorgeous! This thread is awesome thanks for sharing all of the pictures. I have contacted Gregg! I have owned a couple of his bows but at lower poundages while I was working up in draw weight. Being in the low 50# range I feel Im ready for another!
Gregg thats great news! Maybe ill get mine faster than I expected?! (fingers crossed)...these beautiful bows really re-energized my excitement that I've been trying to suppress...I wish I was as patient as I am hunting in other aspects of life...lol
