Lucky enough to get a package just in time for season.
Gregg has knocked it out of the park for me this time....and yes...it does fling them straight and fast as usual.
Specs are:
Javaman 56" Elkheart take down 45#@28"
Veneers are chocolate and cream myrtle from Idaho Curt
Riser is zircote from Gregg
Overlay and tips are Bighorn Sheep w beaver tail grip
Here are a few pics. I've had it out once....but plan many more trips to the tree with her over the next three weeks.

Beautiful, but with a very deadly look about her. Reminds me of a girlfriend I had once, except for the beautiful part! Congrats on one sweet bow.

You just have to change your perspective. ;) ;)
Beauty of a bow. Better go get a scratch on it quick so you don't feel so bad after it falls from your tree stand. :scared:
Beautiful as always
That is a great looking bow!!
That's a Beauty for sure. I have one brewing right now.
Another beauty. Congrats!
Sweet! How do you like the take down system?
Friedrich,
I have several with the take down bow bolt system including shrews and elkhearts.
I have never had one fail. The system is easy and effective and I actually prefer as it add a bit of weight/stability for me. Hope this helps!
sweeeeeeeeet.......
Beautiful!! Any luck with it this year?
Not yet Keith. I've got a couple new Java's this season so I'm splitting time with them. Spent about 16 days in the KS trees so far. Been a weird season. Some movement early...then it kinda got slow during what is usually our peak. I've seen a few and passed a few but nothing just right yet. I'll keep at it tho!
Here is a cool sunrise shot from last Sunday...

Keep at it! Those KS bucks cant hide forever:^)
