Title: Champion Custom Bowstrings Out of the Shop
Post by: LBR on October 04, 2017, 11:10:00 PM
Leaving tonight (Wednesday), back in the shop next Tuesday.  Going on our annual fishing/bowfishing trip in FL.  Weather looks to be awful, but oh well.  Already had to postpone it a month due to the hurricane, we're going this time.  May wind up staying in the condo and throwing darts, but we'll have fun regardless.  Hoping to bring home some shark meat.  May not be able to answer e-mails while away, but I'll get on them as soon as I get back.

Have a great vacation. We just got back after a month traveling back East. I shot the string you made for my new limbs yesterday. Another great string, thank you for such quick service.

Better fish/hunt fast. Isn't another potential hurricane headed that way ? Be safe, enjoy.

As feared, the conditions didn't allow for bow fishing...water was just too murky and too much wind.  On the up-side, we limited out on redfish both days, caught a couple of specs (way late in the year for that), caught some smaller sharks, and over-all had a blast.  If you have any interest in bow fishing salt water, give me a holler and I'll get you the info.  Worst case scenario, if conditions don't allow you can rod fish unless it's really bad.  Only the second time in 6 trips we didn't get to shoot something, and the first few trips were only for one day (I strongly suggest going out at least two).
