I placed an order for some Badger Broadheads recently and didn't hear anything for several days. Last Friday, I called to check on my order and left a voicemail. In about 3 minutes, I get a call back and Steve said "I'm sorry not to answer your call but I just shot a bear and waiting for it to expire". Now that, folks is "Great" customer service for you.
My order had shipped and should be here tomorrow.
