Title: Contributing membership costs vs benefits? Is it worth it?
Post by: Gdpolk on September 21, 2017, 09:45:00 PM
For those on the fence, I'd strongly urge you to financially contribute if you even only get on here once a week.  The membership fee is no more expensive than a magazine or newspaper subscription and comes out to only $2.50/month!  That's less than a what candy bar and 20oz soda at a gas station would cost.  This site costs money to run and have available and the wealth of information and hunting stories it supplies FAR outreaches anything that a print magazine subscription could supply you with.

Agree with that this site is worth the slight cost  and also the people here make it that much better.

I signed up this year. Been meaning too forever. Been a TG member for several years now. Met some cool people through here. Learned how to build woodies on this site too. Hell I got 30 bucks to spare and it protects you from cheaters too.

Contributing Membership is 100% worth it, however, registration should come with a Surgeon General's Warning that accessing the Trad Bows Classifieds is hazardous to your financial health and may cause marital strife.

It depends who you ask. I think it's great! My wife, Not so much!  I've had nothing but great deals as of yet and have purchased, sold and traded a pile of stuff.

Should someone who is an associate sponsor also pay the $30 to be a contributor?

It is worth it.
