These are my fancy new Canada 150 woodies from one of the local guys out here in BC, Beaufort Trad.
Great guy who sent me a package with everything in there.. points, melt glue and a taper tool!
I just wanted to share my pretties!

Crap...
That's way larger than I wanted the photo to be..
(Kevin...edit the "s" outta the "https" in your post...then TG server can appropriately size your image for you...as shown above:)
Those look great. What type of wood are the shafts?
Nice set of Sitka Spruce. Spined to 45-49#
The guys here go out and pick specific trees that have been blown over. They all have a premium finish too and still look straight as an arrow. (all puns intended!)
NICE!!!!! Wood, is Good!!!
Also big thanks to Tony for fixing my dumb photo haha!
no such thing as a "dumb photo"
Any photo is way better than no photo at all! :saywhat:
They look great

Except for the "new ones" you now get from Photobucket...you know, the one showing that our "sucker-meter" is full?
Beauties!
Those look good...
Nice arrows!
Good shootin to ya!
Sweet arrows!
That is strange, I got asked to make some Canadian woodies for a guy recently. In BC too.

Not trying to hijack the thread by any means just found it a funny coincidence. Both in BC, Canadian 150 themed, roughly the same time, same shaft supplier. ect.
Nice to see wood instead of plastic shafts, they are in the minority these days but only in numbers, not performance. Ever try making your own? It's a blast.
Certainly thinking of making my own shortly!
Just need to get set up with jigs etc...
Paying for my wedding first!

Oh no I made them myself, not a business by any means like Beaufort(good guy btw). I just tinker for myself and make them for friends/family and occasionally people asking at the local pro shop. I know him and I get the shafts from the same guy. So I found it a bit of a coincidence(same supplier and same themed at about the same time) Best sitka spruce you will find in my opinion. I've shot them into fiberglass reinforced plywood and stumps with no damage other than slight restraightening.
Oh perfect!
good to know. Came across him on the canadian trad group on facebook.
One day i will get there!
I need to get set up first and then i will take a go at it.
O Canada! Sweet
good looking arrows, the pair of ya!! :D
Look better when you cover the white cap with some liquid red stuff. Maybe too nice to shoot at game. Real beauties well crafted
Heh, that's my issue! I don't know if I want to shoot them!
Thinking of doing a pattern on the knock but we will see. I'm not that artistic!
