Does anyone know if this is still going and who the bowyer is? The website has not been updated for a long time.
I believe Mr Dishon had it and then sold it, but I would like to know what the current bowyer is like.
Hopefully someone has bought from them recently.
Thanks
Alex

Thank you ca!
Have you any of their bows? In particular the takedown?
Cheers
Alex
A buddy of mine had them build a couple bows in the last few years and was thrilled with both. Very stable longbow design, short working limbs, quick and quiet.
Hi Nineworlds,
Actually, I am thinking of the 66" Medalist recurve. The takedown, is very sleek looking. I think its about the only 3 pc I could take. I much prefer 2 pc bows.
Cheers

Thanks for the response. Do you know which bowyer made them and if he is the current owner..
So little information or feedback is available about the current bowyer.

Hi Alex.
Jeff Scherer IL [I think] is the current owner, I have talked with him but have never seen his bows.
I had a Dishion built Gamebuster and then a Heightstuman built Medalist TD.
I still think about those bows from time to time and may also consider another !
Cheers Angelo.
Hello Angelo,
Thanks for the reply and the information. I will do a little google on Jeff Scherer and his bows.
How do you like the Medalist compared to the Gamebuster? If you hunt, have you had any problems with the Medalist?
Thanks
Alex
