I have an interest in warding my old Darton SL 50.
Where do I start??
Thank you
SL50 was the first bow I ever owned! I don't know squat about warfing, but if you get it done, I'd sure be interested in seeing the finished product!

Someone who may know more, may chime in, but...
What I do know from having one, is that the SL 50, had limb "rockers" with pegs that set into index holes in the limbs. Idk, how they would match up with the peg holes on today's ILF limbs, but I think it could be doable!??
Forgot to add...
Darton used to sell a T/D recurve! Maybe if you could find one, (or someone with one) it could give you a few ideas?
Thank you.
I put an old set of PSE limbs on an SL 50. Ground down the rockers so they were flush and added a extra locator pin for the limbs. Simple and it's still in action years later.
I believe Ron Pittsley of Predator Bows worked for Darton in the mid-ninties. He may be of some help. Worse case scenario, you might end up buying a Predator and love it !
I did one about a month ago. I just knocked the rocker off the old limbs and glued them onto a pair of Samick Sage limbs. It made a 60" bow and came in one pound heavier than the marked poundage on the Samick limbs.
I'd show a picture, but just deleted Photobucket.
Thank you for all the info.
