Just checked the Iowa DNR site and have been notified that my NR deer license application was successful. Will be hunting NW Iowa, zone 1, where I was born and raised until joining the Marines. Retired now, living here in the great state of NC, and planning this trip as I type. Was back there in April for a little scouting and to say I am pumped is an understatement, just wanted to share the joy with fellow tradgangers. Will be taking a few Osage selfbows and cane arrows, can't wait.
That will provide a special memory for you for sure. Congrats!
