I drew my WY antelope tags today and can't wait to get back out there in August. How many of you are heading out for speedgoats this year? What states are you hunting and what tactics will you employ?
I am heading to southern CO to hunt mid August.

How are the tag availabilities and public land in OK?
Kansas, they will be rutting so spot and stalk using a decoy most of the time. If the right water hole presents it self we will set them with pop ups or pit blinds. Lots of fun!

Good luck, Tracy!

Never heard of that kind of antelope! :coffee:
Drew unit 10 in AZ. Decoys and spot and stalk. I think I may try a decoy that straps to your bow.

Wyoming for me and my friends in August.
I finally drew a tag this year. August 19th, it will be 100 degrees plus. Can't wait, one of my very favorite animals to hunt.
I will be out in the Big Sky state

Its on the to do list, good luck to all.
I did draw a KS tag this year, can't wait. :bigsmyl:
Colorado for my first antelope hunt. I need to learn the area, but it'll be spot and stalk unless I can find a little water.
To all of you spot and stalk hunter, there is a great article in TBM by Jeff Stonehouse. Awesome stalk and harvest of a beautiful buck by using a decoy!
I drew an Arizona 19a antelope tag again this year!
Looks like I drew a doe tag for October. I'm going to have to go now.
I am going to be busy. I have three WY tags this year. Mostly ground blind on water for me. Have new area with possibility of stalk.
