I just wanted to give a positive shout-out to Rocky Mountain Specialty Gear for their excellent inventory and customer service. I consulted with Mystery Ranch to find the right backpack for a fall elk hunt. After deciding on the Metcalf pack, I began searching the dealers associated with Mystery Ranch. I found the best inventory at RMSG. I'm sure the other dealers are great and perhaps their inventory was just low at the moment. Anyway, I called RMSG and their staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to purchase the pack from them, but I had planned a family vacation and didn't want to miss the packs delivery to my home. The staff said if I bought the pack, they would just arrange shipment so when I returned from vacation, my pack would arrive within a day or two. As promised and while on vacation, the pack was shipped as discussed when purchased. I'm home now and the pack will arrive Monday or Tuesday. Thank you, RMSG! Excellent customer service!!!
