Title: Need KME sharpening help with 2 blade VPA

Am I wrong, or is the angle wrong for the old style KME broadhead sharpener for VPA 250 2 blades?
I know there is a new adjustable head for the KME, but thats not what I have.
I find the VPAs extremely easy to get sharp freehand with there built in guide, but unfortunately I can only get 95% there, sharp but not shaving sharp.
Tried stones, diamond stones, stropping, cant get it.

Been a single bevel guy, but I really want to make these work though...
Suggestions?

I got better results when I applied less pressure to the stroke.
