After 35 years of shooting the same bow, a Hoyt Hunt Master I bought in college, I finally bought a new bow.
I bought a Bear Super Kodiak and added a custom engraved quiver from Selway Archery. I'm not much on posting, but holy smokes, this is nice.
The engraved image is the "Thunderbird", the unit symbol for the 45th Infantry Brigade. I wanted to personalize this bow. I talked to Debbie and Andy at Selway Archery and about having the unit symbol engraved onto one of their hoods. They really went out of their way to make sure it was right. Great people, they're just great people.

Beautiful. I have that same super kodiak along with a bunch of older ones and they always surprise me how well they shoot. Just as good and sometimes better than custom bows I have owned. Sweet quiver too. Good idea
Like it congrats
How do you tighten that Quiver on?
Very nice! The super KKhas become my all time favorite recurve
Nice! Where in Arkyland do you live? I'm in Conway area.
That's cool. There's a (at least there used to be) a 45th infantry division museum in Oklahoma city i used to visit all the time as a kid.
Good looking combo you've got.
I live near Greenwood.
There is still a 45th infantry museum in OKC.
Thank you for the compliment. I'm adjusting well to the new bow and the quiver just makes it more personal.
